 Those are just some basic wheels from old rollerblades. I don't have the exact kind but any roll blade wheels should work.

 No problem, I'll do my best to explain.
- The body is just diamond plated aluminum, but really any sort of solid metal that you can easily bend into that shape will work (aluminum is a little lighter but was also the most expensive part, about $20 from a local hardware store)
- As for the camera mount. I bought the cheapest tripod on amazon.com i could find. I think i fould a $10 one, then i took the head off by loosening the neck till the tripod head just came off. I then just ran a big bolt up through the bottom and mounted the tripod head directly onto that
- If you dont want to go through that though I suppose you could always just run a smaller bolt up through the center and screw the camera directly into that
